Copy typing work

I need an editable Word document created from my PDF while mirroring the layout line-for-line—fonts, headings, tables, page breaks, everything exactly as it appears in the original. The file is text-only, so you can ignore embedded images or graphics.

Please use any reliable OCR or conversion tools you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, Nitro, or similar), but double-check the output so there are no stray characters or formatting slips. Final deliverable is a clean .docx that opens perfectly in Word, ready for me to work with immediately.
