Copy Type Handwritten Notes

I have a collection of handwritten pages that I need reproduced as an editable Word document. Every word, line break and punctuation mark should match the source, and any tables or simple charts that appear in the notes must be rebuilt so they look and behave like true Word tables—not screenshots or text approximations.

Please keep the layout faithful to the original, use the default Calibri 11 pt style unless the handwriting clearly indicates a different emphasis, and double-check all figures inside the tables for accuracy.

Deliverables
• One clean .docx file containing the fully typed manuscript, including correctly formatted tables/charts.
• A brief change log noting any illegible words you had to clarify or any assumptions you made about table structure.

I will review the file against the originals and release approval once the text and tables match perfectly and the document opens without formatting errors.
