Copy Text From JPEG Images

I have a collection of JPEG images that contain pure text. Your job is to open each image on a mobile device, select the text, and paste it into the destination I supply (a shared Google Sheet). Accuracy is everything—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source exactly so the data remains usable after import.
Because the originals are already in clean JPEG format, no OCR software is required; the text can be long-pressed and copied directly on most phones. If any image refuses to copy cleanly, simply transcribe that entry by hand and note the file name so I can double-check later.
Deliverables:
• One Google Sheet populated row-for-row with the extracted text
• A short status note flagging any images that required manual typing
I will grant view-only access to the image folder and edit access to the Sheet the moment we start. The project is straightforward, but I still expect careful proofreading before you mark the task complete.
