Copy Printed Documents Digitally

I have a stack of printed documents that now need a permanent digital home. Because everything is on paper, copy-and-paste is off the table; each page must be re-typed with care. Most pages are straightforward text with the occasional table or figure, and I’d like the finished work delivered in a clean Excel workbook or Word file—whichever you find more efficient as long as formatting remains clear.

Accuracy is paramount. Please preserve original spelling, punctuation, and column alignment, and flag anything that is illegible rather than guessing. I will spot-check your entries against the printed pages, so consistency matters more than raw speed.

• your typical turnaround time per 20 pages
• any previous experience you have with large-volume copy typing or data entry in Excel/Word

If everything looks good during the first batch, I’ll feed you the remaining documents right away.
