Copy PDF Tables into Word

I need the contents of a PDF reproduced in a Word document so I can freely edit the text. The file includes several tables and charts; please insert those as high-resolution images rather than rebuilding them. Aside from that, copy every line of text into Word, preserve paragraph breaks and headings, and keep the layout close to the original so page references remain intact.
