Copy PDF Data into Excel

I have a digital PDF whose text can be fully selected and copied. I need every piece of that text moved into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The spreadsheet should follow the order of the PDF, with each logical field placed in its own column so the data can be sorted and filtered later.
Accuracy is vital, so please watch for hidden line breaks, extra spaces, or characters that may paste oddly. No OCR or re-typing is necessary—simple copy-paste combined with basic Excel clean-up (find/replace, text-to-columns, Power Query if you like) should do the job.
Deliverables
• One .xlsx file containing all PDF text, organized into clearly labeled columns and rows
• A short note flagging any sections that could not be copied exactly as found in the PDF
The PDF is ready to share right away, and I can clarify how I’d like the columns named before you start. Let’s finish this quickly and accurately.
