Copy-Paste PDF Data to Word

I have a collection of PDF documents that need to be transferred accurately into a clean, well-formatted Word file. The task is strictly copy-paste—no rewriting, summarising, or data manipulation—so attention to detail and consistency in layout are vital.

Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Open each supplied PDF, select the required text (tables, paragraphs, or lists as specified), and paste it into the corresponding Word template I provide.
• Preserve original formatting as closely as Word will allow—headings, bullets, basic table structure, and any bold or italic emphasis.
• Flag anything that does not copy across correctly (e.g., misaligned columns, missing characters) so I can decide whether screenshots or manual fixes are needed.

Deliverable:
A single Word document (or one per source file, if that proves cleaner) containing the fully transferred content, ready for my final review.

Accuracy and a methodical approach are far more important to me than speed. If you’re comfortable working remotely, can follow simple naming conventions for saved files, and have recent versions of MS Word and Adobe Reader, I’d love to get this started right away.
