Accuracy comes first: every character, paragraph break, and bullet point must match the originals while correcting any obvious spelling slips you encounter along the way.

Please keep headings, numbering, and overall layout consistent so the finished .docx feels like a faithful, polished version of the source material. A quick, reliable turnaround will be valued, but not at the expense of precision.
