Copper and Cyan Pageant Costume

I need a stunning pageant costume for a beauty pageant. The costume should feature a flowing skirt with ruffles in copper and cyan colors. I have the copper corset and can probably find the headpiece. Mostly interested in the skirt and “cape”. Please see the photo attached. I’d like it a bit more conservative than is pictured.
