Role Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Cowork Specialist to support upcoming enterprise AI and automation projects.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot solutions and relevant certifications, with a strong understanding of AI-powered workplace productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions.

Configure and optimize AI-powered workflows and business processes.

Assist with Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365 environments.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Troubleshoot and improve Copilot functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Relevant Microsoft Copilot certifications (mandatory; Copilot Cowork qualification preferred).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.

Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.

Previous experience delivering enterprise AI or automation projects.
