Cookbook Photo Editor

Looking for an experienced photo editor preferably with experience with food photography to edit 80 - 90 photos

I am creating a cookbook (in aid of breast cancer charities) and I am looking for someone to do some editing work on the photos I have taken of the dishes to be included in the book which I will be getting printed professionally. I want the photos to look professional, consistent and stylish. I am happy with the composition and content of the photos, what I want is the following:

- preserve the original photograph and composition exactly
- improve the lighting, exposure, colour, contrast and subtle sharpness
- correct any glare or reflections in the dishes
- strong attention to detail and consistency
- keep the photos looking natural and real - these dishes were cooked in my home kitchen and I want them to retain the home cooked feel so that they are achievable for the readers.
- preserve the original image dimensions and produce the highest possible resolution suitable for professional print
- the style of the book is mid century with repeating patterns used in chapter intro pages so I want the look and feel of the photos to reflect that - warm, earthy tones, soft and slightly darker lighting (ie NOT light and bright with a white background style)
