Convert STEP to Inventor Models/Prints -- 2

I need our supplier-provided STEP files and 2D PDFs rebuilt as true Autodesk Inventor parts and assemblies, complete with detailed parametric feature trees that I can edit in the future. Simply importing solids will not work for this job—I want each feature recreated so design intent is obvious and fully modifiable.
Scope of work
• Recreate every assembly and component as native Inventor files.
• Build an editable, parametric tree for each model that reflects how the tooling is really made.
• Generate 44 individual tooling prints, each linked to its corresponding 3D model.
• Embed the A/B/C/D/E dimensional parameters called out in our spreadsheet so they drive both the model and drawing.
Standards & critical items
Our in-house standards control dimensioning, layer naming, and title-block details; follow them precisely. The tooling prints themselves and the dimensional parameters that govern interchangeability are the elements that must be modeled with the highest fidelity. While general industry practices are helpful, our internal rules override whenever there is a conflict. We have samples of prints that will need to be copied
Files & confidentiality
I will supply the STEP packages, supplier drawings, legacy prints, and the parameter spreadsheet once we have a signed NDA on file. The data is proprietary tooling information, so strict confidentiality is essential.
Acceptance
A model passes review when it opens in Inventor with a clean, fully editable tree, updates correctly when I change any keyed parameter, and regenerates the linked drawing without manual fixes.
