I have 10 pages of scanned PDFs that must be turned into a fully editable Excel workbook. Accuracy is critical—every figure, label, and heading needs to match the originals so I can start working with the data immediately.
The files are image-based, so you’ll need to run reliable OCR (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar) and then proof-check before laying everything out in Excel. Keep the table structures intact, use consistent cell formats, and organise the information logically so filtering or sorting is effortless.
Deliverables
• One .xlsx file containing all content from the 10 scanned pages, neatly arranged and error-free
• A short note highlighting any ambiguities you encountered and how you handled them
If you can turn this around quickly while maintaining absolute accuracy, you’re the person I’m looking for.
