I have a finished marketing graphic that needs to be converted into a print-ready file for a large-format exhibition backdrop.
The source is a raster image: a horizontal layout with a logo at the top, a row of six line icons connected by arrows, a pull quote, and two certification badges along the bottom.
What I need delivered:
- Final print size: 60 x 90 inches, an exhibition background poster
- 150 DPI at that final size
- CMYK colour space
- EPS, AI, or high-resolution PDF
At 60 x 90 inches everything has to be true vector or it will not hold up on press. The logo and icons need to be redrawn or traced as real vectors rather than upscaled, text set as live or outlined type rather than pixels, and the brand orange matched sensibly for CMYK so it does not shift when printed. I can supply the original raster file at the highest resolution I have, along with the brand's orange hex value and the fonts if you need them.
One thing to flag: the source artwork is landscape and the finished poster is 60 x 90, so the layout will need to be adapted rather than simply scaled. Tell me in your bid how you would approach that.
Please also include:
- Which format you will deliver and what software you work in
- Your turnaround time
- One or two examples of similar large-format or vectorization work
Deliverables: the print-ready file in the agreed format, plus the editable source file.
