Convert PWA for App Store

I already run a fully-functioning progressive web app and now need it packaged as a native iPhone application so it can be listed on the App Store. The web code stays almost exactly as it is; what I’m looking for is an Xcode project that cleanly wraps the PWA (WKWebView or similar), respects Apple’s guidelines, and passes App Store review.
You will receive my existing, detailed UI assets and brand files, so no visual work is required—just make sure the wrapper matches what users currently see in the browser. Along the way I’ll rely on you to configure the correct entitlements, set up app icons and launch screens, handle any required offline caching permissions, and generate the final .ipa ready for TestFlight and public release.
When you hand over the project I expect:
• Xcode source project with clear build instructions
• Signed build uploaded to my Apple Developer account for TestFlight
• Confirmation that the app meets App Store submission requirements
If you have recent experience turning PWAs into approved iOS apps, I’d love to move quickly.
