Convert PDFs to Online Database -- 2

I have a collection of PDF and Word files that contain text-based information. I need every piece of that text accurately lifted from each file and entered directly into the online form / database I will provide. The job is straightforward but demands great attention to detail: no typos, no missed fields, and consistent formatting with the structure of the form.

You will receive:
• A shared folder with the source PDFs and DOCXs
• A link and login to the web-based data entry portal, along with brief field-by-field guidance

Your task:
• Open each file, read the contents, and type (or cleanly copy-paste) the required text into the matching fields online
• Double-check spelling, accents, punctuation, and line breaks before submitting each record
• Flag any unreadable sections so I can supply clarifications

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of the supplied documents processed and submitted in the database
• Zero missing fields unless noted as “not applicable” in a comment
• Error rate below 1 % in a random audit of completed entries

If you are comfortable working with PDFs, Word, and web forms and can keep a steady, accurate pace, I’m ready to share the first batch immediately.
