Convert PDFs to Google Docs

I need several PDFs turned into fully editable Google Docs. Each file contains text plus images; the text must be transferred exactly, and every image should appear in the doc as an externally hosted link rather than an embedded graphic.

You’ll receive the original PDFs and guidance on where to store or obtain the image URLs. From there, your task is to:

• extract the content accurately (no missing sentences or typos)
• insert the correct image links in their original positions
• deliver a separate Google Doc for each source PDF, share-enabled for editing
