Convert PDFs & Notes to Excel

I need several PDFs and scanned handwritten pages transferred into a single Excel workbook. The source material is a real mix—tables beside blocks of text, short bullet lists, and the occasional note scribbled in the margin—so your approach will probably combine OCR with careful manual proofing. I’m not asking for elaborate formatting; standard rows and columns are fine as long as every piece of information from the originals is captured accurately and placed logically.

You’re free to decide how many worksheets to use, but the data from each PDF or handwritten page should be easy to trace back if I ever need to reference the source. Accuracy is the priority: spelling, numbers, and line breaks must match what’s on the page. When you’re finished, send me the completed .xlsx file and, if you used any scripts or tools, a quick note on your process so I can reproduce it later if needed.
