Convert PDFs into Word Documents

I have a collection of text-based documents currently stored as PDF files. Each file needs to be converted into an editable Microsoft Word document, preserving the original layout, headings, and basic formatting wherever feasible. No manual re-typing is required—the job is strictly PDF-to-Word conversion.

You’ll receive a folder of the PDFs and the desired file-naming convention before we start. Once converted, I’d like the Word files returned in the same folder structure, ready for quick spot-checks on my side.

Ideal tools include Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or any reliable OCR/conversion software you prefer, as long as the final .docx files open cleanly in Word without broken formatting or missing characters.

Deliverables:
• One clean, editable .docx file for every supplied PDF
• Formatting that closely matches the source (margins, headings, paragraphs)
• All files delivered back via the agreed-upon cloud drive link

I’m aiming for accuracy over speed, so take the time you need to double-check each document before submitting your batch. Let me know your estimated turnaround for, say, the first 20 PDFs, and we can scale the remainder from there.
