I need the text from a plain-text PDF transferred into a fully editable Word document so I can update and expand the content later. Accuracy is critical—every word, line break, and punctuation mark must match the source.
Beyond a straight copy-and-paste, I’m looking for custom formatting: clear heading hierarchy, consistent paragraph spacing, proper bullet and numbered lists, and tables recreated where they appear. The finished file should open cleanly in the latest version of Microsoft Word without hidden text boxes or artifacts.
