Convert PDF Tables to Word

I have several PDFs that contain data arranged in tables, and I need every table reproduced in Microsoft Word so I can freely edit the content. The critical requirement is that the original table structure—rows, columns, borders, and cell spacing—remains intact after conversion. Text, numbers, and any simple in-cell formatting should come across cleanly; graphic elements are not a concern.

You may use the toolset you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or direct table recreation in Word—as long as the final .docx files open flawlessly and let me click straight into any cell to update text without further tweaking.

Deliverable: one fully editable Word document (or one per source PDF, if easier) that mirrors the tables exactly and is ready for immediate content editing.
