Convert PDF Scans to Text

I have a collection of scanned documents saved as PDFs that now need to live in an editable format. Your task is simple but must be done with care: open each PDF, read every line, and re-type the content into a clean Word document (or straight .txt if that’s your preference).

Accuracy is the priority—names, figures, dates, and any nuanced spacing should match the source. Because some pages include light handwriting and imperfect scans, I’m counting on human eyes rather than automated OCR alone.

Deliverables
• One Word or text file for each PDF, named identically to its source
• All text and numerical data reproduced in original order
• Work returned in the same folder structure I provide

I’ll run spot checks as you progress, so let me know how many pages you can comfortably complete per day and when you can begin.
