I have a batch of PDF reports that include three kinds of content—tables packed with numbers and dates, sections listing customer or contact details, and narrative text summaries or notes. I need every bit of that information lifted accurately and placed into a structured Excel workbook.

Please create one worksheet per source PDF so the resulting file mirrors the report set I give you. Within each sheet, feel free to lay out separate zones or columns for the tables, the contact blocks, and the text summaries, as long as everything stays clear and searchable.

Accuracy is more important than speed; if the numbers look mis-read after OCR, double-check them. I’m happy for you to lean on tools like Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, Python-based parsers, or any reliable PDF-to-Excel software you trust—just note in a comment column which tool you chose so I can repeat the process later if needed.
