Convert PDF Forms to Excel Spreadsheet

I have a collection of PDF forms containing a mix of text and numbers that I need transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Accuracy is essential, but I also want the spreadsheet laid out in a way that makes day-to-day analysis easy rather than simply mirroring the look of the form.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Every field from each PDF form captured in the sheet, with the correct data type preserved.
• A custom column arrangement I will provide once we start—think clear headers, consistent date and currency formats, and conditional highlights for a few key metrics.
• No empty rows, merged cells, or hidden surprises; I should be able to filter and pivot immediately.
