Convert PDF Forms to Excel

I have a collection of completed PDF forms that hold mixed data—names, addresses, IDs, dates, quantities, dollar amounts—everything a typical form can capture. I need every field moved accurately into an Excel workbook that is organised across multiple sheets. Think of one sheet per form type (or other logical grouping we agree on) so the data remains easy to sort, filter and analyse later.

Data integrity is critical; numbers must stay numbers, text must remain text, and any currency or date fields should preserve their original formatting. If a field is blank in the PDF, the corresponding cell should stay blank rather than inherit a placeholder. I’m open to whether you use Adobe Acrobat scripts, Power Query, Python + pandas, or another reliable approach, so long as the final workbook opens cleanly in Excel 365 without warnings.

Deliverables:
