Convert MRMS GRIB2 to GEMPAK

I work with MRMS radar data stored as .grib2 files on Amazon Web Services and need a reliable way to turn those files into standard GEMPAK (.gem) datasets for further data-analysis workflows. What matters is that the solution consistently ingests the MRMS archives from AWS, performs the format translation, and leaves me with clean, ready-to-use .gem files.
