Convert Logo to Vector

I have the logo in PDF format and simply need it rebuilt as a true vector so I can scale it for large-format printing—think banners, signage, even vehicle wraps. The artwork must match the original pixel-for-pixel: same colors, proportions, and typography, no design tweaks whatsoever.

Please recreate it cleanly, set the file up in CMYK, and preserve any spot colors that may already exist.
