Convert Logo JPEG to SVG

I have a logo in JPEG format that I need redrawn as a clean, scalable SVG along with AI/EPS. The finished file must keep the exact original colours and arrive with a fully transparent background so it can be dropped on any layout without extra editing.

Please make sure every curve is sharp, no bitmap artefacts remain, and the paths are neatly organised. If you normally supply an extra preview PNG or AI/EPS alongside the SVG, feel free to include it.
