Convert Logo into Layered PSD

I already have a finished logo design; what I’m missing is a fully editable, layered PSD version of it. I will supply the exact color codes that must be followed—those hues are fixed, everything else should look identical to the original artwork.

What I expect from you:
• A Photoshop-ready PSD with clearly named layers (text, icon, background, effects, etc.).
• Colors exactly matching the codes I provide.
• A transparent PNG exported from the final file for quick use online.

Acceptance criteria:
• Layer structure remains editable and uncluttered.
• No flattened elements; every component should be tweak-able.
• Final files open seamlessly in the latest Adobe Photoshop without missing fonts or effects.
