Convert Image to Vector

I have a raster image that I need rebuilt from scratch as a true, fully-scalable vector file. Everything should match the original artwork exactly—shapes, proportions, line weights, and, most importantly, the existing color palette. Please do not introduce any new hues or gradients; keep the colors exactly as they appear in the source.

Once complete, I’d like the final artwork supplied in the standard professional formats so I can drop it straight into future print or web projects without any loss of quality.

Deliverables:
• AI (layered, latest Illustrator version)
• EPS and SVG for cross-platform use
• High-res PDF for quick proofing
