• Deliver one UTF-8 .txt file for each source PDF, keeping the original file names.
• Preserve the natural reading order and paragraph breaks; no styling or formatting beyond plain text.

Feel free to use whatever tools you trust—Tesseract, ABBYY FineReader, Adobe OCR, or your own workflow—as long as the final text is correct and complete.

To start, quote for the first 50 pages and include a brief note on your typical accuracy level with handwritten OCR. A quick sample on two pages will help confirm quality before we proceed with the full set.
