Convert Floor Plan to 2 One-Bedroom Apartments

I am looking convert a single-story house located in Brambleton Hall, Manchester, Jamaica. The walls is constructed with concrete masonry units and a slab roof. The options proposed are as follows:

Option 1:
Convert the existing floor plan into two one-bedroom apartments, each with its own separate entrance.
Key Requirements:
- This is conceptual design only
- Consider the structural integrity of the home, but any structural design will be done by others.
- Ensure each apartment has:
- Separate entrance
- Bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and porch.
- Exterior elevation showing choice of windows and any change in porch arrangements.
- Local zoning and building regulations will be handled by others.

Applicants for this work must submit a fixed price for option 1 and 2 and any discount that would apply if they are done together.

Option 2:
The work as described at option 1 above, but with the addition of a second story of a similar layout of two one-bedroom apartments on a second floor.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in architectural design
- Experience with multi-family home conversions
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
