Convert Fitness PDF to Word

I have a fitness-themed story saved as a PDF and I need it reproduced in an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file without losing any of the original formatting or visual flow. Every heading, paragraph break, table, and illustration—if present—should look just as clean in Word as it does in the PDF.

The finished .docx must:
• Mirror the original layout as closely as Word allows
• Keep fonts, bold/italic styling, and page breaks intact
• Embed any images or graphics exactly where they appear now
• Be fully editable so I can revise the text later without battling hidden text boxes or artifacts
