Microsoft Word Expert Needed – Convert 4 Figma Contract Designs into Professional Editable Word Documents - 4 contracts

NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This project requires advanced Microsoft Word document-production skills, not just graphic design. The Figma designs are already completed. We need a Word expert who can reproduce them accurately as stable, editable DOCX files.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Word document specialist to convert 4 existing Figma-designed contracts/documents into professionally formatted, fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) documents.

The visual designs are already completed in Figma. We do not need a redesign. Your job is to accurately reproduce the approved Figma layouts in Microsoft Word while ensuring that the documents remain stable, editable, and professional when opened on different computers.

Documents to be created

We have 4 separate Figma document designs, including:

Consulting Services Agreement
Turnkey Consulting and Coordination Agreement
Addendum A – Projected Transaction Illustrations / Non-Guaranteed Payout Estimates
Program Procedures

The final Word documents must closely match the corresponding Figma designs in terms of:

Page size and margins
Headers and footers
Logo placement
Section headers
Tables and borders
Typography
Spacing
Icons and graphic elements
Checkboxes
Lines and fillable areas
Page numbering
Colors
Alignment
Overall visual hierarchy
VERY IMPORTANT – Word expertise required

We are not looking for someone who simply places screenshots/images of the Figma pages into Word.

The final documents must be properly constructed Word documents.

Where appropriate, text must remain editable and fields must be usable/editable in Microsoft Word.

The documents must also maintain their layout when:

Text is edited
Client/company names are entered
Addresses are entered
Dates are changed
Amounts are changed
Longer descriptions are entered
Checkboxes/fields are edited
The document is opened on another computer
Fonts

We will NOT require users to install special fonts on their computers.

Please use standard Microsoft Word/system fonts that are commonly available on Windows computers.

Do not build the document around a proprietary/custom font that requires the end user to install a font.

If you believe a specific standard font is required to reproduce the Figma design, please identify it before proceeding.

Pagination is critical

This is one of the most important requirements.

Each document must maintain its intended page structure.

We do not want:

Text unexpectedly moving to another page
Sections being pushed onto a new page
Tables splitting incorrectly
Headers/footers moving
Large blank areas appearing
Horizontal scrolling
Content extending outside the page
Elements overlapping
Different page layouts appearing when the document is opened in Word

The Word document should look like the approved Figma design at normal 100% page view and when printed/exported to PDF.

PDF verification

After completing each Word document, please export it to PDF and compare it against the Figma design.

We will review both:

1. Editable Word (.docx)
2. Final PDF (.pdf)

The PDF should preserve the intended page count, positioning, spacing and overall appearance.

Deliverables

For each of the 4 documents, we require:

Fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx)
Matching PDF version
Correct page numbering
Correct headers and footers
Properly functioning editable fields
No special font installation required
Clean and stable layout
Testing

Before delivery, please test the documents using Microsoft Word on Windows.

Please do not rely only on WPS Office, OpenOffice, Google Docs, or another Word-compatible application for layout verification.

We will also open the final files independently and test editing various fields.

Important

The Figma files are the visual source of truth.

You will receive access to the Figma designs and the existing document content.

You are not being asked to rewrite, redesign, or change the legal wording.

Your responsibility is to accurately implement the existing design and content in Microsoft Word.

If you see something in the Figma design that cannot be reliably reproduced in Word, please tell us before making a design change.

Ideal candidate

You should have demonstrated experience with:

Advanced Microsoft Word
Complex multi-page document formatting
Word tables
Headers and footers
Page breaks and pagination
Editable Word forms
Checkboxes/form fields
Document templates
PDF conversion
Maintaining fixed layouts in editable Word documents
Reproducing professional designs from Figma/Adobe/InDesign/PDF into Word

Please do not apply if your experience is primarily graphic design or basic Word formatting.

To apply

Please provide:

2 examples of complex Word documents you have created, preferably contracts, agreements, proposals, financial documents, forms, or similar professional documents.
Examples where the Word document contains multiple pages and complex formatting.
Briefly explain how you prevent Word documents from changing layout when users edit the text.
Confirm that you can work using standard Microsoft/Windows fonts without requiring users to install fonts.
Confirm that you can deliver both editable DOCX and matching PDF versions.
Please provide your fixed price or estimated price and turnaround time for all 4 documents.
