Convert Excel Into Web App

I need to turn an existing Excel workbook into a browser-based application that keeps the same logic while making data entry simpler for end-users. The core of the job is to rebuild the current spreadsheet’s form so users can submit text, numerical values, and attached files online. All formulas, look-ups, and conditional rules in the workbook must operate identically in the web version, with results stored in a database for later review.

You’ll receive the Excel file with every calculation visible. I’m flexible on stack—Python/Django, Node, or another modern framework is fine—as long as the front end is responsive and the back end is secure. Include validation, clear error messages, and an admin view where I can search, filter, and export submissions.
