# Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive – Lead Conversion for Astrology & Numerology Business

AstroPriyanka is an astrology and numerology consultancy offering personalised consultations and guidance in Vedic Astrology, Lal Kitab, Numerology, Vastu and related services.

We are looking for a result-oriented telecaller or sales professional who can convert existing enquiries into paid consultations and help grow our customer base.

## Job Responsibilities

* Call prospective customers who have enquired about our services.
* Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
* Explain our astrology and numerology consultation services professionally.
* Understand customer requirements, answer basic questions and handle objections.
* Convince interested prospects to book and pay for consultations.
* Follow up with interested customers until the booking is confirmed.
* Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, conversions and payments.
* Suggest improvements to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates.

## Candidate Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, lead conversion or appointment booking.
* Comfortable speaking with Indian customers over phone and WhatsApp.
* Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
* Experience in astrology, numerology, wellness or consultation-based businesses is an advantage.
* Must be professional, polite and comfortable working towards sales targets.

## Compensation

We are open to discussing either:

* A fixed monthly payment plus performance incentives; or
* A performance-based arrangement linked to confirmed paid consultations.
