Convert 2D Plans Into 3D

I already have a complete set of architectural 2D drawings and need them translated into a basic 3-dimensional massing model that shows the building’s overall exterior form only—no interior fit-out, landscaping, or material textures. The goal is to visualise volume, height and general roof articulation for early design review.

I will deliver the plans in DWG and PDF. You may work in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or any comparable BIM/CAD package as long as the final file is returned in a commonly readable format such as SKP, RVT, or OBJ along with a set of marked-up screenshots (orthographic and one isometric) so I can verify accuracy.

The model simply needs to match the footprints, floor heights, window openings and roof slopes shown in the drawings. If something is unclear, flag it before modelling so we can avoid rework. Once I confirm the geometry is correct, the project is done—no rendering passes or texture work required.
