I already have a complete ground-floor plan that includes all heights and dimensions. What I need now is a clean 3D model based on that drawing, showing the existing ground level plus an additional three-to-four-storey building mass. A basic outline will be enough—simple extrusions that accurately reflect the heights, footprints and overall volumes, without textures, colours or interior furnishings.
Speed is important: I’d like the first draft as soon as possible, with final tweaks wrapped up right after feedback.
Deliverables
• A lightweight, editable 3D file (DWG, SKP, RVT or similar) containing the ground floor and the extra floors.
• A set of screenshots or simple renders from key angles so I can quickly review massing and proportions.
As long as the geometry is accurate to the supplied dimensions and each floor is clearly distinguished, the job is complete.
