I will send you a package of 2-D PDF drawings that detail an industrial steel structure made up of platforms, stairs and pipe supports. From these, I need a complete Tekla Structures 3-D model created.
Once the model is built, use it to generate every piece of fabrication information we will hand straight to the shop floor:
• Assembly drawings for each platform, stair and support as well as individual part drawings for every steel member.
• CNC output: machine-ready files for cutting and drilling, plus the matching material and bolt lists.
Please keep the Tekla model well-organised with sensible phase names and clear member marks so the numbering flows cleanly into the NC1 and BOM exports. All deliverables must open flawlessly in current Tekla Structures and the generated NC1 files should follow standard DSTV conventions so our machines import them without manual edits.
Send back:
1. The .tekla model folder (compressed).
2. PDF sets of assembly and part drawings.
3. NC1/DSTV files grouped by profile type.
4. Excel or CSV material and bolt lists pulled directly from Tekla.
Accuracy between the original PDFs and the 3-D model will be verified with an overlay check, so be sure dimensions, hole patterns and bevel details match exactly.
