Convert 200-Page PDF to Word

I have a single, 200-page PDF that must become a fully editable Word document. My primary goal is to be able to revise and update the text, so every sentence needs to transfer cleanly into Word without image layers or uneditable blocks.

The original formatting—fonts, paragraph styles, margins, page breaks, and especially the existing headers and footers—has to remain intact. If you rely on OCR, please proof the output to eliminate recognition errors; I do not want to spend extra time fixing mis-read characters or spacing glitches.

Deliverables
• A .docx file mirroring the PDF’s layout, with all text selectable and editable
• Headers and footers reproduced precisely on every page
• A quick note outlining any unavoidable deviations (if any) and how they were handled

I will review the document against the source and sign off once formatting fidelity and editability are confirmed.
