I need a clean, lightweight news / blog platform built from the ground up with performance in mind. Visitors should land on pages in milliseconds, yet registered users must enjoy a full-featured writing workspace.

Core workflow
• Anyone can create an account with Google, major social networks, or the usual e-mail + password flow.
• Registered writers start as General Contributors but can later be flagged as Verified Contributors.
• All contributors draft text, attach images or videos, save progress, return to edit, and finally submit the piece.
• Every submission—regardless of role—enters an editorial queue. Editors fine-tune wording, adjust media, and either approve or reject. Nothing goes live without that green light.
• When an article is approved, an Admin or Editor assigns an estimated payout. On the contributor dashboard the writer immediately sees that value, plus cumulative earnings across published work.

Roles & permissions
Admin: full system control, payment settings, user management.
Editor: content queue management, article edits, payout entry.
Contributor (Verified / General): create, edit, resubmit drafts, view earnings.

What I expect to receive
1. A blazing-fast, mobile-first site (suggest Gatsby, Next.js, or similarly nimble stacks—open to alternatives).
2. Well-structured back-end with clear API endpoints for auth, drafts, moderation, and earnings (Node, Laravel, Django, or your preferred framework, so long as it is documented).
3. Intuitive writer dashboard featuring: draft list, submission status, comments from editors, and real-time earning projections.
4. Editorial dashboard with bulk actions, rich-text editing, image/video optimization, and role toggling.
5. Modern admin area for site-wide settings, payout scales, and user statistics.
6. Deployment ready on a standard cloud host (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel) with HTTPS, daily backups, and basic analytics in place.

Acceptance criteria
• Google Lighthouse score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
• Social login (Google plus at least one other provider) functioning out of the box.
• Media uploads handled via cloud storage with automatic compression for images and adaptive streaming for video.
• Clear documentation: setup, environment variables, and step-by-step deployment guide.
• No console or network errors in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

If something in the build plan could make the contributor or editor journey even smoother, highlight it—this project values thoughtful UX touches as much as clean code.
