Regulatory affairs practitioners: short real-world case brief ($40 per case)
We are Arca, building a benchmark to test AI on real regulatory-affairs work. We want practising or former pharmaceutical / medical-device regulatory specialists to contribute an anonymized case from their own hands-on experience. We are recruiting several contributors.
Scope: a concise case brief, usually about 20–30 minutes for someone who already knows the case. We handle drafting the supporting documents. You can write the brief or talk us through it, then check our draft. No employer/client files are needed.
First send ONLY a 1–2 sentence topic suggestion, your relevant hands-on experience and your availability. This topic check is unpaid. Do not prepare the full brief until we agree on the topic and price.
For an approved topic, we offer $40 for the case brief and one review/fix round. Payment is for the agreed work, regardless of whether an AI answers correctly. Further distinct cases may be agreed separately.
The brief should give: a realistic question; the right decision; one small detail in a named record that changes that decision; an exact dated/versioned regulatory citation; a short outline of the supporting records; and the facts an answer must state or must not claim. We do not need a generic textbook example or an essay.
Useful areas: CMC, submissions, post-approval changes, health-authority queries, device regulatory decisions, stability, manufacturing/site changes or regional registration rules. The idea must come from a case you personally handled; anonymize names and identifying details. The case remains private and will not be published as a public sample.
Target delivery: October 21, 2026, with final checks by October 22. Please apply only if you have relevant experience and can meet that timing.
