Our construction group has just merged and rebranded, so I need a fresh website launched under the new domain and our company email moved to Google Workspace.

Website scope
– Purpose: present our commercial construction, residential work, and renovation / remodel portfolio, generate enquiries, and offer clear company information with up-to-date contact details.
– Look & feel: clean, professional, mobile-friendly, and easy for our staff to update.
– Core sections: project gallery with filterable Commercial, Residential, and Renovation categories; an enquiry form that feeds directly to our new Gmail addresses; team/about page; news or blog area for future posts.
– Platform/CMS: open to your recommendation (WordPress, Webflow, custom) as long as non-technical staff can add photos, edit text, and publish new pages without touching code.
– SEO basics, analytics, and on-page optimisation included so we start ranking for local contracting searches.

Email & domain work
– Register or point the new domain, create all user accounts in Google Workspace, migrate existing mail and contacts, set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and configure aliases and groups.

Ongoing support
After launch I’d like to keep you on call for content updates, adding new email users, and small site tweaks as projects complete. Please outline the best way to structure this (hourly or maintenance block).

If you have experience building contractor sites and handling Google Workspace migrations, I’d love to see examples and hear how quickly you can get us live.
