Contract Redlining With Track Changes

I have a contract drafted in Word that I now need professionally red-lined—using Track Changes only—so every edit is fully visible and easy for my counterpart to review. The focus is limited to the Terms and Conditions section; the rest of the document should remain intact unless a change in that section forces a ripple edit elsewhere.

Please bring solid legal‐editing experience so suggestions are precise, clearly reasoned, and formatted in standard redline style (insertions, deletions, and concise comments in the margin). I will supply the original .docx as soon as we start; you simply return:

• A version showing all Track Changes
• A clean, accepted-changes copy for quick reference
