Contested Divorce Petition Assistance

I need help filing the initial petition for a contested divorce. I am unsure about the necessary information and documents required for filing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in contested divorce paperwork
- Familiarity with legal requirements and documentation
- Ability to guide and assist in gathering necessary documents
- Experience in drafting and filing divorce petitions
- Im not sure if my spouse is going to contest the divorce or not. So not sure how to petition this.
- I will need to go through division of assets and child custody papers if any as well as child support forms.
- If my wife contests our incompatibility then its contested divorce or she might agree to it then it is an uncontested divorce.
- Assistance with alimony paperwork if needed as well.
- I will need a temporary motion for my spouse to pay 50% of all household bills while going through the divorce process.
- If my wife contests the divorce then my next move would be to live separate for 1 year and I will need a motion to trade with my wife for 1 house each which she will be fully responsible for 1 house and I will be responsible for another house. We have 2 houses and will each get 1 house in the divorce.
- I will need a ROL (release of liability) for the house my wife will fully own. So that I have no more financial responsibility towards my wife's house in the case she fails to pay mortgage and house related bills.
