Content Systems Specialist - set up an AI-assisted branded content workflow, then hand over (short-term)

Joprotho Promotions (est. 2005, South Africa) needs a repeatable branded content pipeline. This is a bounded setup project, not a permanent role: you build the system and hand it to our Marketing owner, who runs it from then on.

THE WORKFLOW TO SET UP
brief -> research/evidence -> copy/script -> brand image/video -> review/approval -> platform publishing -> tracking -> refresh

DELIVERABLES
1. Brand templates for priority channels (LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
2. AI-assisted production using existing tools wherever possible
3. Approval step and scheduling set up
4. Basic performance tracking per post
5. Handover session and written playbook for Marketing

HOW WE WORK
1. Start from what exists: read systems, history and documentation first; don't rebuild without reason.
2. Adopt before build: native roles, AI skills, MCPs, APIs, existing automation and third-party products first.
3. Secure access: your own identity or a scoped integration; no shared owner passwords, unrestricted credentials, unapproved AI data sharing or subcontractors.
4. Report plainly: working now / changed / result / blocked / next.
5. The founder approves hires, spend, access and sensitive external actions.
6. Confidentiality, POPIA, IP assignment and continuity apply to everyone.
