Content Production Assistant (Social Media + Blogs ) -- 2

We are seeking a skilled content assistant to help produce social media content and blogs.

This is not a general VA role.
We provide raw content, videos, and outlines when needed. You must also be resourceful. Your role is to transform material into polished, high-performing content.

Pay: $2/hour
Efficiency is rewarded. Faster, high-quality work leads to more hours.

Responsibilities

• Turn provided content into posts for Instagram, and TikTok
• Format content for engagement and platform performance
• Write SEO & conversion-focused blog posts
• Optimize blogs for Google search, SEO, and AI search engines (AEO)
• Use AI tools efficiently while ensuring natural, human writing

Required Skills (Do Not Apply Without These)

• Strong blog writing & copywriting ability
• Experience creating social media content that performs
• Understanding of SEO, AEO, E-E-A-T, GEO, Ai SEO.
• Ability to humanize AI-assisted content
• Strong formatting & visual content sense
• Must understand content structure (hooks, readability flow, CTAs & conversion intent)
• Must understand caption formatting & scroll-stopping structure
• Comfortable researching and ensuring accuracy for health & wellness content
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistently

We are NOT looking for basic posting, data entry, or spam SEO tactics.

Ideal Candidate

Detail-oriented, efficient, understands modern content strategy, and comfortable working from outlines and raw materials.

Experience in medical, aesthetics, wellness, or health-related content is strongly preferred.
