Content & Marketing VA for a Boutique Hotel | Creative Direction & Video
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative content and marketing VA to help shape the visual content for a boutique hotel. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas, suggest what to post or film, and turn those ideas into clear briefs and strong content.
This is a creative role, not mainly admin support. You should have a good eye for hotel visuals, understand videography, and be comfortable suggesting a direction without needing every step explained.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan content ideas for posts, reels, and short videos
- Find interesting ways to show hotel spaces, details, and the guest experience
- Create video briefs with hooks, shot lists, visual references, and editing direction
- Help plan shoots and coordinate with people filming or editing the content
- Draft captions and review content for visual quality and a consistent tone
- Keep content tasks organized and flag missing assets or decisions
- Bring fresh marketing ideas that fit a boutique hotel brand
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio of social content or short-form videos, with a clear explanation of what you handled
- Experience with videography or planning and directing video content
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, styling, and visual storytelling
- The ability to turn a rough idea into a practical content brief
- Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and initiative
- Hotel, travel, interiors, or lifestyle content experience is a plus
HOURS
Around 20 hours per week to start. We'll agree the schedule and priorities together.
HOW TO APPLY
