About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own NexGen's content engine, from strategy and search insight through production, distribution, and measurement. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will identify what our buyers are searching for, build the content that answers it, and scale it across every channel where remote and hybrid leaders spend their time. You will produce video from concept to final cut, create thought leadership in multiple formats, and own the editorial calendar, brand voice, and messaging that bring our Community, Collaboration, Culture, and Communication story to life. To succeed, you should be a strategic storyteller, a hands-on creator, and an analytical marketer who uses AI and data to work smarter.

Distribute and promote content across a wide variety of owned, earned, and paid platforms

Leverage AI for research, process improvement, and content structuring

Measure content outcomes with analytics tools and use the results to refine strategy and prioritize future content
