Contemporary Home Plan & Elevation

I have a north-facing plot of roughly 1,600 sq ft and want to finalise both its internal layout and street-facing look for a single-storey residence. The first task is a fully dimensioned 2D floor plan—DWG plus print-ready PDF—that places furniture thoughtfully, leaves room for a balcony/terrace, encourages cross-ventilation, and observes basic Vastu orientation.

Once the plan is approved, I need high-resolution 3D exterior renders in a clean contemporary style, supplied in both day- and night-time lighting, along with the native 3D model so finishes can be tweaked later.

Key points to keep in mind:
• Ground floor only, entry from the north
• Approx. 1,600 sq ft footprint
• Balcony/terrace must be integrated
• Emphasis on natural light, airflow, and simple Vastu alignment

Deliverables
1. Dimensioned 2D floor plan with furniture layout (DWG + PDF)
2. Photorealistic day and night exterior renders (PNG/JPG) in a contemporary style
3. Editable 3D source file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar)
